Can I make changes to or cancel my order once it's been placed?
Unfortunately, cancellations are not allowed after an order has been placed. However, you can make changes to your shipping address yourself within 2 hours of placing your order. Customers can update their shipping address within 2 hours of placing an order. To make changes, please contact us via:

After the 2-hour window, we cannot guarantee any updates to the shipping address, as the order may already be in processing or picked up by Ninja Van courier service team. We strongly recommend double-checking your shipping details before completing the checkout process to ensure a smooth delivery experience.

1. Make the Transfer:

In the reference field, include your Order ID for our tracking purposes.
3. Submit Payment Proof:

4. Order Confirmation:

Can I get a discount/promo code for a first time purchase?
Absolutely! When you sign up as a member of MYCES™ Rewards Club, you will receive an additional 10% cashback on your first purchase in the form of MYCES™ Reward Points. Plus, we regularly feature attractive deals and promotions. Be sure to check our store banners for all ongoing offers!
How can I check the status of my order(s)?
To effortlessly track your order, simply click on the ‘Trace Shipment’ link in your Shipping Notification email.
Alternatively, log in to your MYCES™ account. From there, scroll to the ‘Active Order Status’ or click ‘All Orders’ in the menu to view your details.
Please note: You must be registered and logged in to access your order history. Orders placed as a guest will not appear in your account.
How do I place an order?
1. Visit our official store at www.myces.store.
2. Select your desired items and add them to your cart.
3. View your cart by clicking the ‘shopping bag’ icon in the upper right corner.
4. Review your order summary and proceed to ‘Checkout’.
5. Fill in your details accurately, select your preferred payment option, which are Credit / Debit Card, PayPal, Manual FPX Online Bank Transfer (Malaysia Bank Only). Then, click ‘Proceed to Payment’.
*Note: Payment options may vary depending on your country.
Successful Orders:
You will receive an Order Acknowledgement email after your order is confirmed.
Unsuccessful Orders:
In case your payment is not successful, a Payment Failure Notification will be sent.
Are there any other order options?
At the moment, MYCES™ products are exclusively available for purchase through our official website at www.myces.store. This ensures you receive authentic products directly from us, along with the best customer service and access to exclusive promotions.

I made the payment but did not receive a confirmation email.
If you have not received a confirmation email after making a payment, please kindly check your junk or spam mail. If you are still unable to find the confirmation email, please provide your email address, order number, and proof of payment to our Customer Support Team at support@myces.store or leave your message in one of our contact channels. Our team will promptly assist you.
How long is the order processing time?
All orders are processed and shipped within 48 hours on business days (Monday – Friday, excluding public holidays in Malaysia). Orders placed during weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next available business day.
Please allow for delivery within the specified timeframe from the dispatch date. Delays may occur during public holidays or peak periods.
What if my payment has failed?
Credit card payment failures may occur due to incorrect card details or reaching the card limit.
In the event of a transaction failure, we recommend trying an alternative credit card, or retrying the same card at a later time, as the issue may be related to server or connectivity problems. For further assistance, please contact your card provider.

Is my payment information secure?
Yes, your payment information is processed through secure payment gateways that comply with industry standards for encryption and data protection.
Is Cash On Delivery available?
Unfortunately, Cash on Delivery (COD) is no longer available. Please choose from our other available payment methods at checkout to complete your order.
How long is the validity of the MYCES™ e-Gift Cards?
MYCES™ e-Gift cards bought online can never be expire.
What if my recipient hasn’t received the MYCES™ e-Gift Card via email after the 1-2 working days?
If you have confirmed the recipient’s email address but the MYCES™ e-Gift Card has still not been received yet, there may be a few reasons why:
- The email may be sent under the recipient’s spam/junk folder. Kindly have a check from there to look for the email.
- Recipient's firewall has blocked the email.
- Recipient’s email inbox has exceeded its size limit.
If the email is still not found in the spam/junk folder, please contact our Customer Support Team at support@myces.store right away to resolve the issue and we’ll get back to you soon.
How does the MYCES™ e-Gift Card work?
Once the purchase is made, the MYCES™ e-Gift Card will be sent to the recipient’s email in 1-2 business days (excluding weekends). You’ll also receive a notification when your MYCES™ e-Gift Card has been delivered.
Can I purchase multiple MYCES™ e-Gift Cards online?
You can only purchase one (1) MYCES™ e-Gift Card to one recipient for each online transaction. To purchase multiple MYCES™ e-Gift Cards online for different recipients, please submit another order via the website.
Are there any additional fees associated with the MYCES™ e-Gift Card?
Not to worry as you will only be charged the amount chosen for the MYCES™ e-Gift Card with no additional or service fees charged.
Are trial packs available?
Trial packs are not available for purchase at the moment.
